Service Description

Our yoga practice usually begins with a Pranayama practice or meditation, followed by various asanas focusing on strength, balance, coordination or flexibility. Each class is oriented around different theme, yet in every case you can expect practicing either Hatha or Vinyasa yoga. Take a look at the detailed description below for each class type. --- MONDAY BLUES - online | led in English | II - intermediate level Mondays can sometimes be tough, which is why we unite on the mat to greet the upcoming week with all its new opportunities through an energetic Vinyasa class. No Monday blues can resist this yoga practice ;-) --- SHORT SALUTES - online | led in English | I - beginner level - 60 minutes only Ever heard of the Sun salutations? That's what we do during our Short Salutes morning sessions. We put a bit more emphasize on the repetitveness of the sun salutations, to greet the day together and pump the energy for the rest of it. Salute! --- EASY YOGA / GENTLE VINYASA - online | led in English | I, II - beginner, intermediate level Gentle Hatha and Vinyasa practice allowing you to connect with yourself and give your body a gentle stretch. We occasionally add more advanced elements, while keeping the entire practice relatively slow and easy. Great way to begin your yoga practice journey! --- WORK-OUT / STRENGTH YOGA - online | led in English | II - intermediate level Sometimes we need to pump more oxygen to our blood cells and that's when we practice more dynamic vinyasa class, mixed with strength elements and wrapped up with gentle stretch to cool off. Good to break the stereotype of yoga being a no-sweat activity ;) Work-out class focuses more on the dynamic elements. Strength class is slower and leverages more strength. In either case: sweat guaranteed ;-) --- HATHA JOGA PO POLSKU - online | led in Polish | I - beginner level Podczas tej godziny będziemy praktykować delikatną hatha jogę. Możesz spodziewać się szczegółowych wyjaśnień, powolnych przejść oraz różnorodnych pozycji pozwalających nam skupić się na swoim ciele i umyśle. --- While practicing online we can't offer you any adjustments, hence you practice at your own peril. In order to offer you good quality classes, please ensure you have a good internet connection.

Re-scheduling & cancellation:

If you need to cancel or reschedule, that's okay and you will get a full refund! Just drop us a note at least 24 hours in advance to allow us time for the necessary adjustments. Sadly if you cancel 2 hours (or less) before the class starts, we can't offer you another timeslot nor refund. Many thanks for your understanding!
