Yoga Teacher, 200h Yoga Alliance certified
I think of yoga as my internal compass for life and would love to spread that passion to every other human being, trusting that it will make the world a better place to live in. I like leading gentle vinyasa and hatha classes, where we can focus on the adjustments and approaching our bodies with kindness and love. I also bring a pinch of creativity to the team to add an artistic twist to our retreats or workshops. I like smell of morning coffee bringing me back from my meditation state and taking care of the environment. See you on the mat!
I use a gentle hands-on technique that works with the soft tissue structures of the body and the flow of cerebrospinal fluid between the head and the base of the spine. These structures and fluids protect, support, and nourish the brain and spinal cord. The craniosacral therapy is based on fundamental misconceptions about the physiology of the human skull and is promoted as a cure-all for a variety of health conditions. Privately I am a volunteer rescuer at STORAT organization.
